Diana brings a unique combination of visionary leadership, operational expertise, and stakeholder engagement, making her a trusted advisor to C-level executives and board members. Diana has led multi-billion-dollar ICT transformations in high-profile organisations such as the Australian Department of Defence, Australian Tax Office, Lockheed Martin, and Leidos Australia. Diana’s expertise in governance, financial oversight, risk management, and operational change, underpinned by a relentless focus on aligning technology initiatives with strategic business objectives. This capability is embedded in the Zoo2 Program Management Practice.     Stuart Gibson is a highly accomplished leader in ICT strategic sourcing and organisational transformation, with over 30 years of experience in the industry and a proven track record in negotiating high-value contracts and delivering large-scale transformation projects. In the past five years, Stuart has led negotiations exceeding $2.8 billion in ICT contracts and managed transformation projects valued at more than $220 million on behalf of the Commonwealth. His expertise spans strategic sourcing, program management, and executive communication, with a focus on aligning technology initiatives to broader business objectives. Stuart has held key leadership roles in transformational programs for organisations such as the Australian Department of Defence, Department of Health, and Department of Agriculture and Fisheries. Highlights include spearheading the Centralised Processing Services Contract. A trusted advisor with deep expertise in stakeholder management, Stuart excels at fostering collaboration across organisational levels to deliver measurable results. With his strategic mindset and commitment to driving value, Stuart leads Zoo2 Strategic Partnership Practice navigating complex digital transformations for clients.

  • SENIOR CONSULTANT

    James is a respected simulation senior engineer, program and project manager, capability development and management consultant for the Commonwealth. He has extensive contemporary experience in complex acquisition of technical and services capability lifecycle, project management, logistics, ICT implementation, the application of simulation, management consultancy, service delivery, finance and risk management, with training and experience in other service categories.

    He is highly regarded for his management ability to work across multiple agencies, satisfy diverse stakeholder expectations and articulate issues and risks in complex technical or managerial environments. James proudly supports Defence as a Reservist with drone racing exhibitions in world-first support to Invictus Games 2018 and Avalon International Airshow since 2019. His technical and interpersonal skills have been demonstrated as a UNSW Lecturer in post-graduate courses since 2020.
